traditional powerlifting principles with modern functional
mobility. It's designed to build a body that is both
incredibly strong and highly resilient.
How do I access the course?
Once you sign up, you'll receive an email with your login
credentials for our private member portal. You can access the
course from any device, anywhere in the world.
Training & Equipment
Can I do this at home?
Yes, if you have a basic home gym setup (barbell, plates,
bench). We also provide a "Home Edition" track that uses
dumbbells and resistance bands for those with limited space.
How many days a week should I train?
Our standard program is 4 days a week, but we offer 3-day and
5-day variations to fit your schedule and recovery capacity.
